The New Garden Growers Market is located at 8943 Newport Gap Pike (Rt. 41) in Avondale, PA, in front of the New Garden Township Maintenance Garage and next to the entrance into the New Garden Township Park. The market takes place in a large parking lot right along-side the highway. You will know you are there when you see lots of pop-up canopies side by side. Look for yellow signs with arrows to direct you to the parking area.

From Avondale:Take Rt. 41 south heading towards Hockessin, DE. Go straight through the light at “Penn Green Road” and continue for approximately one and a half more miles. The market will appear on your right.

From Landenberg: There are two ways to get to the market from Landenberg. For those coming down “Penn Green Road,” make a right onto Rt. 41 at the light and go straight for approximately one and a half miles. The market will appear on your right. For those coming down “Newark Road,” make a left onto Rt. 41 at the light (Turkey Hill on left) and go approximately 1/8 mile up the highway. The market will be on your left.

From Hockessin, DE: Take Rt. 41 north in Pennsylvania. After crossing into Pennsylvania, go approximately three more miles. At the light for Rt. 41 and “Newark Road,” (Turkey Hill on left), go straight through. The market will be 1/8 mile ahead on the left.

From Pike Creek, DE: Take Rt. 7 north into Pennsylvania. After the light at Rt. 7 and “Southwood Road,” look for signs about ½ mile later for Rt. 41 north. After the overpass, make a left onto the ramp for Rt. 41 north. At the end of the ramp, wait for traffic and then merge onto Rt. 41. Go approximately one and a half more miles. Go straight through the light at Rt. 41 and “Newark Road.” (Turkey Hill on left). The market will be 1/8 mile ahead on left.
